We recommend that you wear loose comfortable clothes, sunglasses and / or a hat, have shoes with good traction and sunscreen. Please bring some form of hydration (water, Gatorade, etc.) that works best for you based on forecast weather conditions. A towel and/or change of shirt can make all the difference on the ride home.

These are pickup games. We're here for fun and exercise. We play close to regulation rules with minor adjustments as needed for team sizes and skill levels. We do not use a referee, abiding by the honor system instead. Contact is highly discouraged.
